The opening ceremony was held in the presence of H. E. Humaid Al Qutami, Director General of Dubai Health Authority (DHA); H.E. Shri. Vipul, Consul General of India, Dubai; Dr. Marwan Al Mulla, Director of DHA’s Health Regulation Department and several officials from Dubai Health Authority, corporates and directors of the PRIME Healthcare Group.
