She has completed her M.B.B.S degree from the renowned Madurai Medical College and her M.D [Pediatrics] from the prestigious Institute of Child Health, Madras Medical College of The Tamilnadu Dr. MGR Medical University. I am proud to be an alumnus of the Institute of Child Health, which is one of the leading centers in childcare, managing the highest number of outpatient and emergency pediatric cases in Asia. Distinguished professors of these institutions instilled the significance of the clinical approach of patients with Evidence-based practice of medicine, underscoring the importance of ethics in modern medicine. I have completed MRCPCH part I and II from Royal College of London.
She worked as Registrar, Assistant Professor, and then Associate Professor in a Government Medical College hospital in Tamilnadu, India. Her ten years tenure of managing Pediatric and Newborn patients, as outpatient and emergencies, along with tutoring undergraduate medical students helped me preach and practice the latest advancements in Pediatrics.
Her involvement in school health activities aided me to publish the research article showing the rising trend of prehypertension and lifestyle diseases in childhood. I am glad to be a part of the community outreach programs in colleges around, enlightening young minds on the importance of breastfeeding and lifestyle diseases. Serving as a Specialist Pediatrician in Dubai for 3 years has enhanced her proficiency in managing diverse childhood problems of various backgrounds and enriched my communication skills. Published various research articles in reputed journals in the field of asthma, allergy, tuberculosis, prehypertension, covid 19, behavioral problems, and screen time assisted me to gain comprehensive knowledge of those illnesses.
