Prime Hospital to organize an Event about the “Latest updates in Cardiology”


Session to feature 10 leading cardiologists to discuss latest developments in the diagnosis & treatment of heart diseases


Prime Hospital announced that it will organize an event about the “latest updates in Cardiology” at Le Meridian Hotel, Airport Road, Dubai on March 23, 2018, to discuss the latest developments in the diagnosis and treatment of heart diseases.
The official inauguration of the event will be held on March 22, in the presence of H.E. Shri. Vipul, Consul General of India and Dr. Alia Al Mazrouei, CEO of Rashid Hospital in Dubai. Prime Hospital will also conduct an event dedicated to the loyal patients of Prime on the first day as part of ‘My Prime’ – Prime Healthcare Group’s unique patient loyalty program - to educate them on the risks of heart diseases and the importance of a healthy lifestyle through a panel discussion followed by a live demonstration of CPR.
The event aims to facilitate sharing of expert insights into the recent advances in key areas of Cardiology, in addition to forming a balanced perspective on how these developments may influence guidelines and patient management. The session will feature 10 leading cardiologists and will cover an array of topics including subspecialties such as Imaging (i.e. CT, MRI, and Echocardiography) intervention, acute coronary syndromes, valvular heart diseases, arrhythmias and pacing, as well as prevention, and heart failure.
The forum, endorsed by C3 Research Foundation and sponsored by Jamjoom Pharma, Neobiocon, Wyeth, is designed to serve as a unique platform for cardiologists, cardiac surgeons and researchers from world-renowned institutions to share and exchange new clinical studies and advancements in the field.
