PRIME Health’s ‘Health Reset’ Unites Multinational Patients – A Transformative Day of Wellness, Connection, and Care

PRIME Health redefined community engagement and patient-centred care with Health Reset, a full-day wellness event that welcomed hundreds of patients from more than 20 nationalities — bringing healthcare out of the consultation room and into the heart of the community.

In alignment with the UAE National Wellbeing Strategy 2031 and inspired by the country’s declaration of 2025 as the Year of Sustainability and Community, the event was a milestone in PRIME’s journey to deliver healthcare that is not only accessible but emotionally resonant and culturally inclusive.

The day unfolded through a vibrant mix of medical screenings, interactive doctor sessions, and evidence-based health talks addressing some of the UAE’s most pressing health concerns. According to the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP), more than 32% of adults in the UAE are overweight or obese, and about 19% of the population lives with type 2 diabetes. These figures underscore the critical importance of public engagement and early intervention in areas such as obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular health, women’s wellness, and other lifestyle-related conditions.

Attendees included loyal patients enrolled in My PRIME Rewards, PRIME’s loyalty programme designed to recognise and reward regular patients; members of the Falak Tayyeb initiative, a dedicated remote monitoring programme for individuals with chronic diseases; and seniors enrolled in the Elderly Care Program, which offers comprehensive, respectful, and cost-free medical support for UAE residents aged 60 and above. Each of these patients experienced Health Reset as an extension of the trusted, long-term care they already receive from PRIME.

The energy was palpable from the start, with Zumba sessions blending movement with motivation and a calorie-burning competition sparking fun, friendly fitness among attendees. Interactive quizzes kept participants thinking, laughing, and learning, while the 360° video booth added a touch of tech-driven memory-making to the day. Throughout the event, patients had the rare opportunity to meet PRIME’s top doctors, dieticians, and specialists in an open, relaxed environment that fostered genuine connection.

A standout highlight was the introduction of AI-powered preventive health screening, where participants underwent fast, non-invasive assessments that analysed their risk levels for chronic diseases like prediabetes and cardiovascular conditions. This cutting-edge solution reinforced PRIME’s alignment with the UAE’s push for digital transformation in healthcare — showing how intelligent tools can support earlier interventions and more personalised, data-driven care.
