Dr. Smitha Balusamy | Obstetrics & Gynaecology (Women Care)

Dr. Smitha Balusamy is a specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Prime Medical Centre, Al Quasis, Dubai with a vast experience in managing normal & high-risk pregnancies, infertility and various gynecological conditions. After completing her MBBS from IGMC, Nagpur she did her post-graduation training with a gold medal at one of India’s premier institutes, Seth GS medical college and KEM Hospital, Mumbai. Subsequently, she pursued her FCPS and DNB in Mumbai and completed her MRCOG from the prestigious Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, London, UK. She was awarded Fellowship and Diploma in Minimal Access Surgery by World Association of Laparoscopic Surgeons. She is also trained in Colposcopy, Infertility and ultrasonography.  

She has worked in various Municipal Hospitals in Mumbai including KEM Hospital and LTMGH, Sion. She has been a part of NABH accredited hospitals in India like Hinduja Hospital, Mumbai and VPS Rockland Hospital, New Delhi. She has also gained immense experience in the field of infertility by working with pioneers in India.  She has various presentations and publications to her credit.
