Introduction

Ms. Nour is a licensed health care professional, obtained her bachelor’s degree of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the Lebanese international university. She received her internship at Hammoud Hospital University Medical Center in Lebanon. Part of her training included working directly with critically and chronically ill patients, educating patients on therapeutic diets in addition to food service management. She completed her MOH and DHA examinations successfully and obtained her DHA license .She has more than 5 years of experience in the Nutrition and dietetics field with many successful weight management programs applied. She worked previously as a clinical dietitian in a leading clinic in Lebanon. Also worked in clinical dieting and food catering at Souhi w Diet clinic in her hometown. She keeps herself up to date through attending conferences and webinars. Some of her most recent webinars attended: Nutritional and functional well-being during COVID-19, Secca. Clinical Nutrition management for COVID-19 patients; A UAE perspective, Nestlé. Consequences of diabetes mellitus on Nutritional Status, FACE. International Growth and development conferences- Theme: Healthy Ageing: Pediatric to Geriatric. Ms. Nour considers the patient’s lifestyle and preference while working with them, thus creating flexible plans that help them achieve their goal comfortably since she emphasizes making a healthy lifestyle rather than temporary changes.
